Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from SUITD. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original condition and packaging
• A valid proof of purchase is required
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  

Please note: We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or are returned without original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
  

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

UK Shipping

All orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via tracked courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery. Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking details via email.

• Standard Shipping (3–5 working days): FREE on all UK orders
• Express Shipping (1–2 working days): £7.95
  

Please allow up to 2 working days for order processing before dispatch.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

• Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout
• Delivery times typically range from 5–10 working days
• All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
